Our company wants to come up with a short animation production on its
key programs and activities, and is requesting for proposal-
quotations to do:

What: ANIMATION PRODUCTION

When: October to December 2007

Output: an 8-10 minute production with flash-based
interactive menu with character animation

Others: photos and video materials from company library may
be used for final output

Details: Proposals should cover character development/
creation, scriptwriting, voiceover and recording fees, and other
production costs
