Alternatibong Pelikula at Video. Research based on the book "Legaspi:
The Making of a National Artist" by Alfredo Roces, narration by Mari
Kaimo.

DUNGA-AW (LAMENT), 4 mins.
Short experimental 16mm. film on Children of War; the marriage of
optical experimentation on found film footage and authentic
documentary sound-track that includes the eerie co-joining of merry
music-playing and mournful breast-beating in a provincial wake, and
the gunshots that triggered the Mendiola massacre. Winner, Best
Experimental Film, 1991 Gawad Urian (Filipino Film Critics Award) and
1st Place Experimental Film Category, 1990 CCP Gawad Para sa
Alternatibong Pelikula at Video (Cultural Center of the Philippines'
