FOR ALL MEMBERS of the Independent Filmmakers Cooperative, some announcements:

1. Please attend the GENERAL ASSEMBLY and ELECTIONS on Monday, July 9, 2007, 8pm at the Robinson's Galleria INDIE SINE. Reports on ongoing and concluded projects of the IFC will be made. Upcoming projects will also be presented.

2. Filmmakers who have attended the pre-membership education seminar of the IFC may complete their applications for membership by paying the P1,000 membership fee and subscribing to a minimum of five (5) shares at P1,000 per share. An initial payment of P2,000 may be made at the General Assembly while the balance will be payable within the year. If you would like to settle your payments at an earlier date, kindly e-mail your address and date of pick-up to ifcoop@yahoogroups.com.

Also, kindly print and fill in the attached membership form for submission at the General Assembly or send to mtemplo@....

Kindly fill in the attached nomination form and submit to dyamante@... or to st_aloysius2002@... by Friday, July 6, 2007. A hard copy with the nominees' signatures may be accomplished and submitted at the General Assembly.

Below is a complete list of possible nominees. Members submitting nominations may themselves be nominated. Deadline for confirmation of nominees is on Saturday, July 7, 2007.
