In one brisk moment, I caught a glimpse of her emotions. As he left, her smile disappeared from her lips.. and then I thought I saw her eyes glistened. Not of joy but of pain. And then, quickly, tears threatened to fall. But she heaved a sigh, and as very natural to her, shelved the emotions to one of her mind’s many compartments hoping that all will be well.
