Got this e-mail from a certain Joshua Bastero. When I asked him about their rates, he replied:
financial aspect of it can be ironed out
once a story is chosen. the over all budget included in the

below are the initial requirements:
i. Synopsis
ii. Concept/treatment
iii. Character sketch/description
iv. Location/Setting
v. Screen time percentages of main actors
vi. Highlights (scenes) of the movie/trailer material
vii. movie pegs
viii. proposed LOCAL actors to play key roles
NO ATTACHMENTS and SCRIPTS PLS.
